Playmais

Playmais is a natural crafting toy made from corn semolina. The brand aims to promote the overall development of children, with a particular focus on agriculture and its long-term importance for our environment. That is why Playmais is produced in a manner that is environmentally friendly, ethical, and regional. Playmais promotes creativity, imagination, concentration, and learning development in children.
Playmais is a natural crafting toy – when slightly moistened, the natural adhesive properties of the cornstarch that it contains are activated. This allows children to create patterns, animal figures, pirate ships, or entire fantasy worlds from the Playmais pieces. The product range extends from boxes for free crafting to sets with instructions for designing 3D figures and 2D motifs as stickers for children and adults alike.
Playmais is sold in over 35 countries, including Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, the Benelux countries, Türkiye, the USA, and South Korea.
Certifications include: Green Brand, Vegan, GMO-free corn, Spiel gut.

FARMfill®
Loick Green Tec GmbH manufactures FARMfill® – a sustainable, pourable, cylindrical cushioning material made from corn.
FARMfill® is used to protect products by padding and filling cardboard boxes.
FARMfill® packaging chips have the same shock-absorbing effect as conventional packaging chips. Thanks to their high abrasion resistance, FARMfill® cushioning materials can also be reused several times.
FARMfill® is also available as granulate that can be foamed directly at the customer’s premises in order to form cushioning material.
In addition to FARMfill® granulate, we also offer the corresponding extruder machines for technical execution of the foaming process. By extruding FARMfill® on site at the customer’s premises, approximately 38 truck trips less are required for a truckload of 25 tons.
KlimaBox®
Loick Green Tec GmbH is the exclusive manufacturer of the KlimaBox®.
A sustainable freshness box for delicacies, fine foods, and groceries that arrives safely and in perfect condition at the customer’s premises without interrupting the cooling chain. The food stays naturally cool and fresh.
As a manufacturer, we are committed to sustainability – from production to disposal, because the KlimaBox® can be easily disposed of along with the waste paper.
Production
Loick Green Tec GmbH operates one of the most innovative production facilities in North Rhine-Westphalia for sustainable toys, packaging materials, insulation materials, and catering supplies made from renewable raw materials.
Our modern industrial building is powered and operated entirely by renewable energy sources. Compounding, granulation, and extrusion techniques are primarily used to manufacture products from bio-recyclables. The production facility has various filling technologies at its disposal, ranging from small to large containers. In addition, bio-based molded parts are being developed as an alternative to the Styrofoam molded parts used to date.
The warehouses adjacent to the production facilities have sufficient efficient and modern high-bay storage areas in order to ensure constant and rapid availability of a wide variety of products for our customers.
